When you purchase a DRI DUCK product, we offer online warranty registration.
DRI DUCK guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and construction. We stand behind every product we produce. This is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear and it does not apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, modification or unauthorized repair. If you believe you have purchased a defective DRI DUCK product, please follow the specific directions below, depending upon where the product was purchased.

If you purchased product from driduck.com and you have a defect issue, contact DRI DUCK Customer Service. Provide your order number, email address, and the reason for your warranty claim.
Warranty on DRI DUCK products purchased from U.S. retailers (stores or online)
If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased through one of our retailers, contact the DRI DUCK retailer where the product was purchased. Make sure to have your original receipt with you. Upon inspection from your DRI DUCK authorized retailer, consumers may be offered a credit, replacement or repair depending on the defect.
