Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

DRI DUCK does not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order, due to different tax rates. These taxes apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.

DRI DUCK does not accept any tax-exempt orders.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once the order has been placed.

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to driduck.com.

Shop Pay
Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customer save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. For purchased split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interested rates applied.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

During high volume seasons, DRI DUCK cannot honor cancelling orders.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.


We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 in the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.:

UPS SurePost - Delivery in 2 to 7 Business Days via USPS
Priority- Order by 11 CST. Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days via USPS
Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS
Next Day Air- Order by 11 CST. Delivery in 1 Business Days via UPS

Please allow 1 business day for processing on all orders. Processing delays may occur due to address errors. 

DRI DUCK does deliver to APO/FP address within the United States and overseas via USPS.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

Once an order is placed, the shipping addresses cannot be changed.

If you notice that a shipment states 'delivered' but you have not yet received it, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Depending on the shipping service or courier, the order may have been prematurely marked as ‘delivered.’ Delivery may also take longer during peak ordering and shipping seasons.
