DRI DUCK designed the women's puffy jacket to be water-and-wind resistant. The women’s Quantum Puffer jacket is lined with a breathable dewspo lining that holds in body heat while still allowing excess moisture to escape as needed. Love this coat!
From my wife - I normally wear a large and ordered an XL in this wanting to make sure this would fit. I should have stuck with the L because this seems to be very true to size. This coat is loose around the bottom but in the correct size I think it would be OK. I have written this in heavy snow and temps in the teens. This coat is very warm and completely water proof in the snow but I haven't tested it in the rain. May buy another next year in large.

Great jacket!
Not sure about the "puffer" part of the name, but it's a great jacket! The wife says it's very comfortable and warm, not to mention great in bad weather. We own several Dri Duck jackets and will continue to buy them!
