You will receive estimated delivery times during checkout when selecting your preferred shipping method. These estimates are provided by the carrier. You can also access your order details through the "View Your Order" link in your confirmation email.
Tracking status updates usually occur within 48 hours, but if they haven’t, don’t worry, your order is on its way and tracking will update shortly. It’s common for an order to remain in pre-shipment for several days and does not mean it’s lost.
All DRI DUCK products purchased directly from driduck.com are backed by our Stiff-Free Guarantee and a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and failures during normal, intended use. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement item or store credit, depending on availability.

DRI DUCK is an online-only retailer and does not operate any physical storefronts at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Edwardsville, Kansas. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, we recommend checking around your property, with neighbors or household members, and contacting your local USPS or UPS office for more details.
