We are happy to address zipper issues with replacement zipper sliders or full zippers, as indicated, for our canvas workwear styles including the following:

Some issues can be easily solved with a new slider, or you may want a new zipper installed by your local tailor (example missing teeth).
How do I replace by zipper slider?
We want you to love your DRI DUCK as much as we do! However, DRI DUCK does not currently offer exchanges.
One option is to return for store credit via a DRI DUCK e-gift card. Enjoy the benefit of no return shipping fee for store credit returns. Returns for store credit are exempt from the $8.50 return shipping fee.
Note: If you choose Shop Pay as your payment method, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not an eligible refund option.
With this option, an e-gift card will be issued once your return is in transit and will be sent via email.
Remember: you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or store credit.
