Follow the steps on the DRI DUCK portal to request your return by clicking the link below. Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any UPS Locations and/or UPS Drop-Off.

Yes. Returns submitted for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee of $8.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Eligible returns can also be refunded in the form of online store credit via a DRI DUCK e-gift card. Returns for store credit are not subject to the $8.50 return shipping fee.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend you select a carrier that offers tracking. We are not responsible for any lost returns when our shipping label is not used.

Items received as gifts, purchased from driduck.com, may be refunded in the form of a DRI DUCK e-gift card. An order number & shipping zip code is required to process a gift return. If you don’t have this information select, ‘Don’t have this information.’ Once the return tracking confirms the item is in transit the gift card will be emailed to the provide email address.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to process exchanges. Please return the product for a refund then repurchase the correct style and/or size. Please request a return and we can get the process started.

Refunds applied to original payment method:
If you choose to receive a refund in the form of original method of payment, $8.50 will be deducted for return shipping cost. Your refund will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your financial institution.

Refunds applied as store credit:
A DRI DUCK e-gift card will be issued once your return is in transit and will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase. If you choose this refund method, the cost of return shipping will be waived.

No worries! You can sign back into the DRI DUCK return portal and reprint the label.

Unfortunately, we only accept returns for items purchased directly driduck.com.

If you didn’t receive your order confirmation immediately after placing your order, there may be an error regarding your email address. Please contact us customerservice@driduck.com to receive your order confirmation and tracking number.

You may request a return through your DRI DUCK account like a normal order. Once we have received and processed the return, we will apply the refund to your PayPal account.

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then the customer can expect one or both of the following:

- A smaller payment balance on the final payment.
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then the customer can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original payment method or store credit. If you request a refund for an order you've made monthly payments for, then their paid interests isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once the order has been placed.

PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to driduck.com.

Shop Pay
Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, shipping and billing information. For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interested rates applied.

Sometimes our system has difficulty recognizing an address. Please bear with us! Please double-check that everything is completed correctly, with the proper billing address entered. If the problem persists, please contact us customerservice@driduck.com.

After making sure that you are typing the code correctly, please refer to the terms and conditions of the code you are trying to use. Most DRI DUCK codes are one-time use and may not be stacked with other codes or applied to current sale promotions. Please contact customerservice@driduck.com if you continue to have problems with your code.

Your card may show multiple charges if you have made several attempts to submit your order. Failed attempts are often due to an incorrect billing address/zip code or credit card information. These are pending charges and will automatically be removed within 1-3 business days.

If the additional charges have not been removed after one week, please contact us at customerservice@driduck.com.

Orders are processed immediately after they’ve been placed typically and may not be canceled. Please contact us at customerservice@driduck.com as soon as you realize you need to make a change and we will take the necessary steps to try to adjust your order.

DRI DUCK does not accept international credit cards. We apologize for the inconvenience!

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact customerservice@driduck.com.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.

If you notice that a shipment states 'delivered' but you have not yet received it, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Depending on the shipping service or courier, the order may have been prematurely marked as ‘delivered.’ Delivery may also take longer during peak ordering and shipping seasons.

Shipping

DRI DUCK does not currently ship outside of the US.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package via email.

You will receive an email when the order is shipped. The email will contain a tracking number and a link to your tracking information on the carrier website. If you are not able to locate the tracking information, please email us at customerservice@driduck.com.

We do deliver to APO/FPO addresses within the United States and overseas via UPS SurePost. All we ask is that the formatting for the address be 100% correct.

No problem! Click the “forgot password” button on the account login screen and we’ll email you a password reset link.

It’s helpful to know that our jackets come in three different fits: Relaxed, Standard, and Performance. Each style is marked with its individual fit type. If you have any questions regarding fit, please reach out to us at customerservice@driduck.com.

Warranty & Guarantee

DRI DUCK guarantees the quality of all products purchased through driduck.com. If you receive a defective product, please contact us right away at customerservice@driduck.com.We want to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase!

If a product should arrive with a defect such as a hole, tear, stain, a stubborn zipper or design flaw, please contact us at customerservice@driduck.com or call 866.852.8222 immediately. We'll need a photo detailing the issue and we will respond with a resolution.
