Unlike the other guys, we treat stiff like a curse-word around here. Whether you’re talking about comfort, quality or price, stiff indicates that you’re getting less than what you signed up for—and nothing gets our goat quite like a stiff product at an even stiffer price.

That’s why we guarantee your experience with us will be stiff-free. This guarantee is a handshake, our way of promising that if you’re not satisfied by the quality of our product—even in the event of failure or damage of the product in its intended usage—we’ll make it right.

We can’t cover damage by disregard of care instructions, accident or abuse, fluctuating fit, or using the item outside of its intended purpose (this includes damage by mishandling via third-party shipping companies or airlines, extreme wear, third-party alterations and animal damage). Every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.

If you spent your hard-earned dollars on something, then you deserve to receive the product you were promised, no questions asked.

Misuse of the Return Policy
 

Refund Niceties:

Allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive your package. With proof of purchase, we will refund the original payment method.

Return Instructions:

Step One: Initate the Return

The fastest way to initiate a return is to log-in to your account and select the order and product you’d like to return from your order history.

-Can’t remember your password? Click the forgot password button and we’ll send one over on the double.

-Checked out as a Guest? No problem, it’s not too late to create an account and capture your order history. Locate your "Welcome to DRI DUCK" email and follow the link in the "Account Detail" instructions to choose your password.

-Missing proof of purchase? Please let us know as much information as you can about your purchase so that we can locate a record of your purchase.

-Dealing with a product defect? On a rare occasion, a defective product will make it pass our rigorous quality inspection process. For items that arrive with a defect such as holes, tears, stains or design flaws, let our customer service staff know so they can send you a replacement right away. We do ask that you provide pictures so we can track any flaws and prevent them from happening in the future.

*For all orders placed before the launch of our newfangled website on 9/25/2017, shoot an email over to customerservice@driduck.com and we’ll get you taken care of.

Step Two: Our Response

After you initiate a return online, by email, or by phone, we will send return instructions to you via email with two documents.

-Document 1: Return Authorization Form
-Document 2: Return Shipping Label

Please print both documents.

Step Three: Prepare Your Package

Include your return item(s) and return authorization form, using the original package when possible or smallest possible secure package. Oversized packaging may be subject to a handling fee.

Step Four: Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided FedEx SmartPost convenience label. Return shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 per package that will be deducted from your refund.

-Can’t find your shipping label? If you’re unable to find the convenience label in your inbox, request a new one by emailing customerservice@driduck.com. Please include your Order # and Return Authorization # in your email request.

-Dare to return without our convenience label? If you choose not to use our convenience label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.

Step Five: Ship Your Package

Convenient drop-off points, including FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS) locations, as well as USPS collection boxes and residential mailboxes.

 

Shipping:

DRI DUCK ships to all 50 United States, via UPS, FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, and USPS. All in-stock items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 24 hours of your payment being processed.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $99:

Please allow 7-10 business days for FedEx SmartPost delivery.

Expedited Shipping & Orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping:

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping and/or require expedited delivery, you will be given a variety of shipping options including UPS, FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, and USPS. Please refer to the times displayed at checkout for estimated time in transit.

Shipping to an APO/FPO:

We do deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via FedEx SmartPost and to addresses overseas via USPS. All we ask is that the formatting for the address is 100% correct.

Here is an example of a properly formatted APO/FPO address:
