Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!

At DRI DUCK, you can return an item within 60 days from the date of delivery. Once the return process begins, items must be shipped back within 21 days.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and include their original tags. A $8.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that DRI DUCK does not currently offer exchanges.


If you believe your item is defective, it may qualify for a warranty claim instead of a standard return. We recommend reviewing our Warranty Policy before submitting a claim. Eligible warranty claims can be submitted for review by our team.

To begin your return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions using your order number and the shipping zip code from checkout. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid UPS label to print and attach to your package.

Simply pack your items securely, including original tags and packaging if possible, and drop the package off at any UPS Store or authorized UPS drop-off location.

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item for store credit and place a new order for the style or size you prefer. Simply visit our Returns Portal and select store credit as your refund method, return shipping is free, and the $8.50 fee will be waived. Once your return is in transit, you’ll receive a DRI DUCK e-gift card by email to use on your next purchase. Learn more, here.

Once your return is dropped off and scanned at UPS, typically within 24 hours, the refund process begins. If you chose a refund to your original payment method, it should appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank, and an $8.50 return shipping fee will be deducted. If you selected store credit, a DRI DUCK e-gift card will be emailed to you as soon as the return is in transit, and no return shipping fee will apply.

You can return your package at any UPS location or drop box, and you can use the UPS Store Locator to quickly find the most convenient drop-off point near you.

No. To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please submit and ship each order separately through our Returns Portal. Combining items from multiple orders into one package can cause delays, incorrect refund amounts, or even rejection of the return.

Return labels are valid for 28 days from the date they’re issued. If your item hasn’t been dropped off within that timeframe, the label will expire and can no longer be used.

If you’ve already printed the label, we recommend not attempting to use it once it has expired, as it may no longer track correctly and could delay or prevent your return from being processed. If you’re still within our return window, please submit a new return request through our Returns Portal.

All DRI DUCK products purchased directly from driduck.com are backed by our Stiff-Free Guarantee and a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and failures during normal, intended use. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement item or store credit, depending on availability.
