We can’t cover damage by disregard of care instructions, accident or abuse, fluctuating fit, or using the item outside of its intended purpose (this includes damage by mishandling via third-party shipping companies or airlines, extreme wear, third-party alterations and animal damage). Every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.

Misuse of the Return Policy
Unfortunately, some folks can’t help themselves. Most of the time, it involves attempted returns of pieces purchased elsewhere – flea market, yard sale or an online reseller. That’s not part of the deal that we shook on. Do us a favor - when you’re finished with your DRI DUCK garment and ready for the next one, mark through our name on the label so that we can identify when a purchase has not been made directly from us. With your help, we can maintain our stiff-free guarantee for hassle-free returns.
Allow 7-14 business days to receive your refund from the time we receive your package. With proof of purchase, we will refund the original payment method.
Though times may be stressful and uncertain, the DRI DUCK customer service team continues to strive for the best user experience. To accomplish that, our priority is taking care of our own while serving you.
To protect the health and safety of our team, DRI DUCK has put in place a modified workforce schedule at our distribution center in compliance with the latest federal social distancing guidelines. While we are working hard to live up to the level of service you’ve become accustomed to, there might be a temporary impact on the speed at which we can process returns.

Step One: Initate the Return
There are two ways to return your purchase. The first way to return your order is to fill out the DRI DUCK return copy, attached to your order summary included with your purchase. Once the return copy is filled out, you can take your return package to the local shipping company of your choice. If you choose to use our label you can drop your package off with your local postal service or any UPS drop-off location. A full list of drop-off locations can be found here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/. Be sure to monitor your tracking.
The second way to initiate a return is by logging in to your account and selecting the order and product you’d like return from your order history.
If you do not have your DRI DUCK return copy or return label, no worries. Simply log-in to your account and select the order and product you’d like to return from your order history.
-Can’t remember your password? Click the forgot password button and we’ll send one over on the double.
-Checked out as a Guest? No problem, it’s not too late to create an account and capture your order history. Locate your "Welcome to DRI DUCK" email and follow the link in the "Account Detail" instructions to choose your password.
-Missing proof of purchase/order summary? Please email email@example.com with any information about your purchase so that we can locate a record of your purchase.
-Dealing with a product defect? On a rare occasion, a defective product will make it pass our rigorous quality inspection process. For items that arrive with a defect such as holes, tears, stains or design flaws, let our customer service staff know so they can send you a replacement right away. We do ask that you provide pictures so we can track any flaws and prevent them from happening in the future.
Step Two: Our Response
If you did not have your original order documentation and started your return online, by email, or by phone, we will send return instructions via email in the form of two documents.
-Document 1: Order Summary
-Document 2: Return Shipping Label (if you chose to use the provided label, a flat fee of $8.50 per package will be deducted from your refund)

Step Three: Prepare Your Package
Include your return item(s) and DRI DUCK return copy, using the original package when possible or smallest possible secure package. Oversized packaging may be subject to a handling fee.
Step Four: Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided UPS Ground convenience label. Return shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 per package that will be deducted from your refund.
For Returns on orders placed before 4/30/20 Affix the provided FedEx SmartPost convenience label. Return shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 per package that will be deducted from your refund.
-Can’t find your shipping label? If you’re unable to find the return label in your inbox, request a new one by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order # in your email request. -Dare to return without our return label? If you choose not to use the provided return label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front. We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as DRI DUCK is unable to provide crdit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
-Can’t find your shipping label? If you’re unable to find the convenience label in your inbox, request a new one by emailing email@example.com. Please include your Order # and Return Authorization # in your email request.
-Dare to return without our convenience label? If you choose not to use our convenience label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.

Step Six: Refund
Your goods will be inspected upon receipt and refund decisions will be made based on evaluation of the criteria in our details and special conditions and misuse of the return policy. We have the right to deny any returns that violate either of these policies. If your returned goods meet our standards you will be refunded within 7-14 business days of the receipt of your goods. Refund amount will be total amount of purchase less any shipping and handling charges.
In the event of a return of items purchased with a gift certificate or gift card, refund will be provided in the form of store credit. In the event that an item we guarantee is defective and was purchased before 12/31/17 store credit will be issued for the goods. In the event that an item was purchased more than 180 days prior or we are not able to refund the original purchase method we will issue store credit for the purchase. Store credit will be tied to the purchasers account and cannot be transferred. Store credit will expire after 1 year.
DRI DUCK ships to all 50 United States, via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. All in-stock items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 24 hours of your payment being processed.

Shipping to an APO/FPO:
We do deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States and overseas via UPS SurePost®. All we ask is that the formatting for the address is 100% correct.
