  • Shipping: is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $99, as well as expedited shipping for domestic orders for an additional charge.
  • Returns: At DRI DUCK, returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Once requested, you have 28 days to send the item back. Returns for a refund incur an $8.50 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return for store credit and repurchase—return shipping is free with this option. See more on returns, here.

    I ordered three hats. One of them was damaged in the shipping process. They quickly replaced it.

    I absolutely love the hats. I haven't found any other company that seamlessly embroiders an image on the side and bill like they do.
