Shipping & returns

Shipping: is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $99, as well as expedited shipping for domestic orders for an additional charge.
Returns: At DRI DUCK, returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Once requested, you have 28 days to send the item back. Returns for a full refund will have a $8.50 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Returns for store credit will have this $8.50 fee waived. Customers are entitled to one free exchange per order. If you choose to return an item received through an exchange, it will be eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for exchanged orders.

Outstanding
I have several products from Dri Duck, and I am always thrilled with everything I ever get. I had been looking at this for awhile, and when I got it I wasn't the least bit disappointed. Its very well built, has plenty of room to pack lots and is durable. Dri Duck is the best!

Looks Great!
I wish I could give it 5 stars but I haven't used it yet. The look is great and it seems to be very well made. Y'all need to make an insulated lunch bag (about the size of a 6-pack) with a front zippered pocket.
