Shoulder seams leak.
Well I have used the jacket around town with no issues. Went to a lake side cabin over the weekend. Plenty of rain, it's not like I was out in the rain for hours on end, just out doing some need chores and activities, shoulder seams leaked. I will apply some seam seal and see what happens. I was hoping for all day dryness and comfort but I won't be taking this jacket on any trips expecting extended rain. I guess it was too much to hope for at the price point. Back to Helly Hanson.

Great rain shell
My 2nd DD jacket. I had 3 shells laying around. Don't know why I bought this but I ended up giving the others away. High points: Large zipper! Sturdy but light. The hood unobtrusively stored in the collar. Simple genius. I hate hoods but it's there when you need it. It's not lined for warmth but has room for layering. Nice!

Amazing coat
I purchased this to replace a competitor's coat that I had for over 15 years. Still very serviceable but I shrunk from X-large to Large. The replacement item was too expensive to justify. In the 15 years, my need for a rain coat changed. So I found Dri-Duck and the field jacket. While not as heavy-duty as the coat it replaced, it exceeded all of my expectations. It is well-made, with plenty of pockets, and fits perfectly. Customer service is outstanding. The field jacket is replacing tow other windbreaks that again, are too big for me. This is a good all-around coat. DriDuck made me a happy camper with this coat and my buddy, to whom I gave my old coat too was thrilled to get the coat I gave him.
