  • Shipping: is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $99, as well as expedited shipping for domestic orders for an additional charge.
  • Returns: At DRI DUCK, returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Once requested, you have 28 days to send the item back. Returns for a full refund will have a $8.50 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Returns for store credit will have this $8.50 fee waived. Customers are entitled to one free exchange per order. If you choose to return an item received through an exchange, it will be eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for exchanged orders.

    The Duck rocks!

    Great product! Love the fit of the raincoat and the pockets. It’s not a heavy shell jacket,yet it offered me great protection from the wind while visiting Ireland. And the customer service was greatly appreciated. You don’t always get that kind of service anymore.

    I purchased a new Torrent to replace an old raincoat.

    The old one was leaky and absorbed water. I have a new

    Black Lab, and she likes being out in storms. My new Torrent

    Is amaziing. Sleeves that seal off, the zipper is also sealed,
