Great rain coat
Looked pretty hard and found this jacket to check all the boxes. Not too heavy for warm weather and its great at cutting the wind and rain. This jacket size runs a little big but I’m sure that’s so you can wear other layers under it.

Best all season rain coat ever
Great rain coat. For a light weight coat it keeps the wind off. Keeps you warm year around, even in the Chicagoland area. They have also improved the durability of the zipper. If your thinking of this coat, be like Nike and Just Do It!
