Customers say this chore coat is comfortable and well-constructed with soft yet durable canvas material. Many reviews mention the generous fit allows for easy layering, with most suggesting sizing down. The strategically placed pockets, particularly the phone pocket, receive frequent praise. While most find it warm enough for cold weather, some note the collar design could be improved. The quilted lining earns appreciation for smooth on-and-off wear. Reviews highlight the coat's versatility for both work and casual use, with particular mention of good mobility during active tasks.
Where do I begin? I’ll start off by saying thank you to Dri- Duck customer service for being awesome and making my return fast and easy. I originally purchased a Rambler chore coat in a size large in the tobacco color that I had been waiting to be back in stock since it was sold out up until a few weeks ago. I received the coat, and it fit perfectly and very comfortable with the broken-in feel. The only reason I returned it, was to exchange it for an XL because I usually buy 100% cotton clothing a little oversized just in case it shrinks a bit. It seems that Dri-Duck coats are pre-washed and shouldn’t shrink much, but I usually just hang dry anyway so no worries there. I really liked the craftsmanship and comfort, that I bought a second chore coat in black the same day. I own a few Carhartt products, but all I can say is that I most likely won’t purchase anything from them anymore. We do get cold winters and snow where I live, and they’re more than enough for what I need. See you later Carhartt, I found a new love.

This Jacket is Excellent
Please see my youtube short here @ my American Savage Garage Channel: https://youtube.com/shorts/-T0RwxC9dnw?feature=share
This is a high quality jacket and fits the needs of any person working on the homestead or in the garage. The bi-swing flap helps for movement, the combo zipper/snaps makes it storm ready. high quality canvas with a diamond fleece lining makes this the perfect jacket for fall-early spring in my location. Highly recommend.

A great coat!
I had seen the Dri Duck brand on social media a few times and while looking for a new coat I decided to check out their website. I ordered the Rambler Chore coat in Tobacco as I already have another jacket in the standard tan color and wanted to change things up a bit.
The coat came pretty quick, I actually received it in October, but I waited to put up a review until the cold weather came in. So far I’ve worn this coat while out dropping trees, walking around town, and working on my truck in temperatures down to freezing and I’ve had to remove the hoodie I was layered with because I was starting to sweat! Initial quality looks to be just as good if not better than the other popular duck coat I own, but this one being already washed and broken in is a nice change compared to the others. I think the fit is just about perfect, large enough to layer underneath if needed but not so big that I’m swimming in it with just a shirt.
Thanks for making my new favorite piece of cold weather gear!
