Yukon Flex

I would like to give the Yukon Flex 5 stars. The reason I cannot is because after less than a week some stitching popped loose and this morning my husband found a button in his pocket from the inside of the pocket.

Otherwise, so far so good! My husband has been splitting wood in below zero temperatures wearing the Yukon Flex and has been sweating!

Comfort is extremely great. I'm 6ft 185lb. I ordered a medium and it's a good fit. Order a large if you want to layer for very cold weather. The zipper is a little aggravating getting the insert through both zipper handles.

Im not a fan of the front pockets, something like a phone could fall out easily, they are wide and not deep enough to hold something security. The chest pocket and inside pocket work great for a phone though. Overall I'm happy with the jacket and will keep it.

I bought 3 jackets from Dri Duck – the Maverick, Yukon, and Torrent. I got the Maverick because I wanted something without a hood that looked nice; I got the Yukon because I wanted a warmer coat with a hood; I got the torrent because I needed a new rain jacket / wind breaker. I was worried about sizing because I sometimes wear large and sometimes wear extra-large. I am 5’8” tall, 200 pounds, average build with a potbelly. I decided to order a size large, and all 3 jackets fit nicely in that size.

I researched jackets from L.L. Bean, Carhartt, Duluth Trading Co., and others. So far I am pleased with the quality and the prices from Dri Duck.

I love this Yukon jacket! It fits perfectly, it’s soft and warm, and when you bend and move, the jacket moves around with you (it has the gussets and flexible material to help with that). The zipper is the best I’ve ever seen – very heavy duty! The double zipper does NOT annoy me – it’s easy to get used to. Between the Maverick, Torrent, and Yukon, the Yukon is by far my favorite jacket from Dri Duck.
