    Great coat

Posted by Peter Sitku on Feb 13th 2021

Have been using it outdoors. Mainly for snow removal, with only a t shirt underneath. Has kept me warm, but am moving around alot. It does have good room for layering, if needed. Movement isn't restricted. It's a great all around coat

    Great buy

Very happy with the product I received. The fit is good and perfect for a nice cool day. Not so much a full on winter day unless you wear some layers under

    Laredo

I Ordered a couple of Unlined Trail Jackets for use on farm in central Texas and was very pleased. So when I needed a Jacket for my farm in Tennessee I ordered a Laredo. Great Jacket as well..Light lining is great most of the time...plan on layering under when very cold. I am sold on the canvas fabric and fit. Keep up the good work.

    Laredo

I'm 6'2 with 37" sleeves and I just bought the Laredo, size XLT and it fits me like a glove. I bought it for my mild temperature work jacket. I also have Cheyenne for the winter use. If you need these coats for work or just a good causal coat for the average JOE guy, I feel you can't go wrong with the Dri Duck coats.

Built like LL Bean and Woolwich used to be

Posted by Gerry on Nov 29th 2019

I purchased a Laredo. Liked it so much I added a Cheyenne, then a Maverick. All are perfect, very comfortable, and extremely well made. Reminds me of how LL Bean and Woolrich jackets were built 30 years ago.

    Laredo Jacket

Posted by John Webb on Nov 18th 2019

I had a Bullhead jacket years ago that was very similar, but with a thicker inner layer and zippered interior pocket, and have been looking for something that would replace it. I hate elastic wristbands, and this was one of the few work-type tough knit jackets I could find that didn't have them. There were no surprises when the jacket showed up, it was sized well and looked exactly as shown. I'm 5'10", 175lbs, and I got the large so I can layer under it. A medium would be a perfect fit by itself, but I typically layer for colder environments. The material seems sturdy, the lining is not very thick, and the pockets are not lined. I would prefer something just like this design with warmer lining, lined pockets, and it would pretty much fit the bill. As is, it makes a superb outer layer for outdoor work, provided you layer accordingly underneath. Very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely try some of their other gear!

    Laredo

I wanted something a bit lighter in weight than the Cheyenne (that I like so much) and struck gold with the Laredo. It's a great fit and having a hood makes it the perfect choice for the fall weather here in the Pacific Northwest.

    Laredo jacket

Posted by michael n. catalano on Mar 14th 2018

As one ( at least other ) person stated: I wish there were more inside pockets, or at least a second on the left breast. Also, material too heavy for me....... BUT, well made. The free cap was appreciated and well made too !

    Laredo Jacket, Black, Size Large

Posted by Mark on Jan 13th 2018

I am 6"1" and 175 lbs and the Large fits me very well - sleeves and jacket are just the right length. It is not heavily insulated, but it keeps me warm in the 30s and 40s. Layered it with a fleece pullover and it was even warmer. I like that the hood is large and comfortably covers my size 8 head. Have not had jacket for long, but it looks and feels very well made and rugged. Jacket also has a heavy feel to it, which I like, probably due to the thickness of the canvas. I would recommend this jacket.
